IJMCM LLC is a boutique practice-management company specializing in behavioral health practitioners. We are retained by professional resources, including institutions such as hospitals, nursing homes, dialysis and rehabilitation centers and assisted living facilities to assist in locating and placing appropriate psychologists and clinical social workers. Upon joining the medical staff of the facility, practitioners (both full and part time) act as consultants to the treatment team by conducting individual and group psychotherapy and psychological/neuropsychological testing of facility residents. Practitioners are in “private practice,” set their own days and hours of practice and maintain total clinical independence.
