Irwin J. Mansdorf-Kafri, PhD
Dr. Mansdorf is a widely-published psychologist with over 35 years of experience in long term services and management. He has provided clinical and administrative services to dozens of facilities throughout the United States and served as a consultant to some of the leading behavioral health provider companies in the industry. He is a former faculty member at both SUNY Downstate and Columbia University. He is currently an Adjunct Professor in Psychology at Long Island University, where he teaches and directs doctoral students in clinical psychology in geriatric studies.

Mary T Harrington is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with clinical and managerial experience for over 25 years; 15 of these years working with the elderly. She served as a coordinator of psychological services for Park Avenue Medical Associates. For the past 19 years she has been an Adjunct Professor with the Graduate School of Social Services at Fordham University.
